How to Order Wholesale Pinatas from Our Factory.
Start with the catalog designs you want and a quantity for each one. We’ll help you confirm the sample, customization, production, packing and FOB details in writing, so the order can move forward with fewer surprises.
Build a Wholesale Quote
Turn the quotation into a clear plan for the order
A useful wholesale quotation should make the order easier to compare and approve. It should identify the design or reference, quantity, changes from the catalog version, sample or approval route, packing responsibility and named FOB handover point—not just attach one price to a product name.
- Give every design its own quantity instead of only a total order figure.
- Separate unchanged catalog references from new colors, labels, sizes or structures.
- Confirm which sample, photograph, video or written reference controls production.
- Treat carton count, dimensions and weight as product-specific figures that follow review of the product and protection method.
For deeper purchasing questions, use the Buyer Resources. When the assortment is ready, send the product list to the factory.
For buyers building a repeatable wholesale supply route.
This route is for retailers, distributors and event suppliers buying quantities by design. It works for existing catalog references, planned color or label changes and ranges that need a sample, QC, product-specific packing and FOB handover.
Use a different starting point when needed
If you need one retail piece or guaranteed immediate local delivery, this factory supply program may not fit. If you have new artwork, a logo or a product-shaped idea, begin with the custom development route.
From product shortlist to FOB handover in four clear steps.
Choose products
Browse the catalog or select products to quote.
Request quote
Share quantity, colors, packaging and destination.
Approve sample
Review and approve a physical or photo sample.
Production & FOB handover
We produce, inspect, pack and hand over under the written FOB quotation.
Confirm the design and size before planning the order.
Each SKU is reviewed by design, finished size, colorway, mechanism and packing route. The quotation records the quantity and approval reference for every selected design.
MOQ & assortment
Many catalog designs start from 100 units, but MOQ is reviewed by design, color, size and change scope. A total order quantity does not replace the quantity for each design.
Samples & approvals
Catalog reference samples and new custom samples follow different routes. The quotation confirms which reference will control bulk production.
Production & QC
Production timing is quoted by design, quantity and approval status. The required payment and final approval milestone are written into the quotation.
Packing & FOB handover
Protection, units per carton and final carton data depend on the actual product. The agreed packing and named FOB port belong in the order file.
Five details that help us quote the right order.
- Product names, links or SKUs
- Quantity for every design
- Any color, label or packaging request
- Destination city and country
- Target receiving or launch date
If something is not decided, mark it as open. You do not need to invent carton figures before the product and protection method have been reviewed.
